Booking Info for B&B and Holiday Cottage
Please call, email or fill out the contact form (right) if you have any questions or would like to make a booking.
We are a no-smoking establishment.
Children are welcome in both the B&B and the holiday cottage. We have a travel cot which can be used in any of our bedrooms. We can provide a selection of children’s books, games and DVDs.
We are happy to welcome well-behaved dogs in our holiday cottage (on the understanding that any damage caused by pets will be chargeable), and we sometimes accommodate them in our B&B rooms, but please call or email first to check. We charge a one-off £20 fee for dogs.
We have secure space to store bikes if you bring them.
Booking ahead for activities
There are lots of fun activities to do locally and we are happy to book them in advance for you – for example, horse riding, guided tours of Walsingham, and seal trips. We can also recommend and make reservations at local restaurants.
John is a keen bird watcher and nature lover and will happily advise where you are likely to see particular birds and wildlife.
Check-in / check-out
Check-in is from 2pm to 10.30pm. Just ask if you need to drop off luggage earlier. Please check out by 11.00am.
In high season, we ask for two nights minimum booking at the B&B and full weeks in the cottage. Low season special offers are sometimes available in the holiday cottage.
We ask for a 50% booking deposit. We accept online bank transfers, PayPal, cheques, or cash.
Please contact us to confirm a booking and arrange payment.
Because of the age of our house, some parts are more accessible than others. We don’t advise booking the Oak Room for B&B if you have mobility difficulties because there are quite a few winding stairs involved.
For full details on each room and the cottage, please read our accessibility information.
